gear review: Rudy Project rydon glasses

I can see fine but have an astigmatism that makes scenery kinda blurry.  My trip to SEE Europe inspired me to get prescription riding glasses.  I had a pair of Rudy Projects from racing (yup the cool ones that say "not for sale" meaning I was sponsored) and brought them to that glasses place in Keene near the Walgreens on west st. and they fitted them up with some clear prescription lenses for me.  No silly looking insert stuff like oakley, the prescription wraps all the way around.  The big pricetag of $200 immediately proved worthwhile drastically improving the details of what I see while pedaling.  My regular glasses would just sturr up wind and make my eyes tear.  Best $200 I spent for the trip.

So while the lenses are awesome the frames are just an okay fit, for now.  I think if I trim the earstems? they won't get caught in my helmit straps anymore.  However, they are stylin', especially cuz Ullrich wore them and Armstrong didn't.  And they are the white ones that say "not for sale"
